Interact with propbable clients virtually ,identify the needs and tailor sales pitches to address the same, record all interactions and sales activities with the CRM. Create quality leads from the exisiting clients and generate business from it.

Job Description

  • Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements. Keep accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies.

Ideal Candidates

Preferring candidates with at least an year of Telesales experience with any industry. Candidates should have excellent communication skill. Create quality references from the exisiting client base and close the business.
