24 hours PSF calling and entering. 24 hours PSF follow up.Calling and reconfirming the details in the order form of the booked Customers. Updating the new car delivery photographs.Calling existing Customers and asking if any assistance required.
Follow the complaints generated Sending apology letter.

Preparing Cent report for Chairman and CEO.

Delivery time and Monitoring report.
3.
Attending incoming calls.
4.
Attending Tele Customers complaint and taking assistance to solve it.
5.
MDS PSF calling.
6.
Preparing other reports.
7.
MDS referral calling.
8.
Test drive confirmation calls.
