Scope of the Role -  Responsible for achieving the Branch Sales Budgets by managing the daily activities of Branch Sales Team which includes Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers and Branch front desk staff.

Responsibility

1) Responsible for achieving the Branch Sales Budgets by managing the daily activities of Branch Sales Team which includes Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers and Branch front desk staff.

2) Overall branch management and Business Development

3) Conducting regular Product and Knowledge trainings for branch banking teams

4) Responsible for achieving sales targets for all retail liability products NRI, CASA, Corporate Salary Account, Business Banking etc.

5) Ensure branch profitability by delivery of all products.

6) Strategise, plan, monitor and evaluate sales results, productivity levels and cross selling opportunities of the branch.

Ideal Candidate - Candidate who have experience in institutional sales/Corporate Sales.Candidates from Telecom who handles Key accounts can also be considered.
